Sales people were friendly, but not pushy. The delivery people took time to explain and set up the bed just as I wanted. Good experience overall.

Five stars here ! Purchased a Skechers posture fit 400 ultra plus Euro top mattress from Shawn at the Kentwood store. Best investment ever! The sketcher brand is fairly new to mattresses, but do not underestimate the quality and comfort. I would highly recommend this mattress and to contact Shawn. He is an amazing sales consultant.

We loved our experience shopping at Sleep Doctor! Scott was a pro and made the shopping experience pleasant and painless. He had expert knowledge with his inventory and got us in and out quickly for financing. The delivery team was also fabulous, very professional and knowledgeable of what they were delivering to us and how to assemble it, even showing us how to assemble and disassemble the bedframe if we move!

I was greeted immediately by the man at the store who actually is from Lansing and came down to work here for the day. He showed me many many beds explained each one to me and I picked the one I wanted. He gave me a deal on it and we made arrangements for delivery in two weeks. I was very happy with the treatment I received.

We went in and was taken care of immediately. Our sales person was super knowledgeable, and went out of his way to find us the best deal. He even called the manager to get us an even more discount. Just bought a bed from Scott, he was knowledgeable and very patient, he spent about two hours educating me on the different types of bed and the problems I was having with mine. I really appreciated that because I’ve been putting of buying a bed for a long time. If you’re in the market for a new bed go see Scott or Sean and make the investment.

5 Stars goes straight to Scott all the way! From the moment we walked in he greeted us, and asked us questions about our sleep/ habits / issues. He educated us, and helped us pick out the perfect mattress! My husband and I have different opinions on the comfort and support we are needing in a new mattress, but Scott helped us find the perfect one. You will not leave disappointed, and will be well rested! Scott even helped my pick out the perfect pillow, and it truly works wonders! Ask for Scott! Truly a great experience!
