Product worked great until the foam did not reform to its flat shape. Warranty process is horrible. Stated that any human sweat breaks down the foam. That was with protected covering sheets and pillows. Check the fine print.

Poor Warranty and Customer Support – Proceed with Caution
I never have left a negative review, but I feel compelled to share this experience. A clear structural defect was denied warranty coverage due to a minor, unrelated stain. The lack of accountability and unhelpful customer support made an already frustrating situation worse. I would not recommend based on this experience.

We purchased a Tempur- pedic Breeze (almost 5000.00 dollar) which was a great mattress for almost 5 years. Then the mattress started declining fast! We got a firm mattress that now cannot support a 5-pound weight!
After making a report to Tempur-Pedic because they have a 10-year warranty. They said it wasn't covered bc it was probably from body heat or sleeping more then 40 hrs. a week on it!! 8x7=56 so if you are planning on getting 8 to 7 hrs. of sleep a night, you're in trouble with this mattress. You can buy a cheaper mattress and replace it every 2 year and save money and still get a good quality mattress! As you can see in the picture this mattress is no longer FIRM it very soft and the lady also said it could be for room temp, we sleep @65- 67 degree in our bedroom upstairs! the saleperson NEVER said one word about any of this stuff

I purchased this Tempur-Pedic Contour Elite Breeze and paid big bucks ($3,799.00 plus tax and delivery) in September of 2016 (9/07/2016) because I am disabled and now 63 years old. For the first 4 years was great, but dipping and sagging started. I filed a complaint form for warranty and they sent out a guy to measure and he agreed it was starting to sag and dip, but said not enough for the warranty. Again I just filed because I can no longer wake up without pain in both arms, neck and lower back. When I roll over it feels like I am climbing up a hill. Again they denied the warranty! Do not waste your money on these expensive mattress with a 10 year warranty because they will only deny it! Very dissatisfied and filed with Attorney General Office and now BBB.

I can not be more disappointed. We paid big money for a mattress that starting sagging only a couple years after purchasing it.
We rotated as we were told, expecting the mattress to recover the shape, but it didn't happened, after time my husband I i developed neck problems, hip pain, headache, by going to doctors finally they told us, it was probably the mattress. It makes totally sense, because when we travel and sleep on other mattress we don't experience some of the pain.
I tried to get a replacement from Tempur-Pedic, but customer service was not the best; first my photo wasnot correct and instead of asking for a new photo, they denied my claim. I asked for the opportunity to send a new photo and again claim was denied. So here is my conclusion:
NO WORTH THE MONEY YOU SPENT ON A MATTRESS LIKE THIS. MANY YEARS AGO THEIR WARRANTY WAS 25 YEARS, THEN IT WENT TO 10 YEARS;MY MATTRESS IS 6 YEARS OLD, MY HUSBAND AND I ARE UNDER 140 POUNDS, SO IF MY CLAIM WAS DENIED MEANS THAT THE SAGGING OF MY MATTRESS IS NORMAL, THERE FOR PAYING ALL THE HIGHT COST OF A MATTRESS LIKE THIS IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
THEY CLAIM, QUALITY IS IMPROVED; SO WHY THEY BRING THE WARRANTY DOWN TO 10 YEARS.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GET A LESS EXPENSIVE MATTRESS, ANY WAY YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE EVERY COUPLE YEARS.
TEMPUR PEDIC MATTRESSES SAG BIG TIME.

Sleep in a valley. Difficult to move and feel like ur sleeping in the bed. Trying to get Customerservice to replace bed for a new one is basically impossible. Not sure where they get a high rating for online service but my experiences it's not easy to get a defective bed replaced

I've had 2 Tempurpedics. The first one broke down in the middle, and they refunded me no problem. I bought a different Tempurpedic and it was ok for the first year. But it has gradually become uncomfortable and I sweat through the night. I will not buy this brand again.

Although I feel very good when I lay in the bed, overall however, I am really disappointed with the Mattress, as I experience difficulty in turning from one side to the other, which maybe is due to the softness and sinking in into the mattress. I suppose you would know better the reason, and what I can and should do, as obviously, one can not sleep through the whole night in one position.

The only mattress I've ever had that not only helps me sleep better (as I have 2 herniated discs in my neck), but the Breeze layer helps keep me cooler at night as well. This is my 2nd Tempur-Pedic mattress, and I can't imagine ever buying another brand.

Worst mattress ever, for the hefty price you pay. Have had the mattress for 3 years and it claims to keep you cool at night. Does not but what ever the blue gel is inside the mattress it comes through and turns the cover blue. Mattress weighs a ton and is uncomfortable. Don't believe the hype, buy another brand.

I've had other beds before but I have never been comfortable. I was constantly waking up at night, but since I've had my Tempurpedic, I haven't at all. I used to wake up with a sore shoulder and back, but never again with my great new bed from Tempurpedic. Thanks a million!

I travel for work and I long for the days I get to be home and sleep on my mattress. The firmness is comparable to no other and it truly gives me the support that my back needs to wake without pain. It is a shame that I cannot take it on the road with me. I wish it came in a topper but alas it does not.

Tried a high-quality pillow-top mattress, tried a Sleep Number bed, changed around box springs, put on platform, but this mattress is the best of all (so far)! When I travel, I long for my own bed and mattress, and wish I had one to-go. I no longer wake up with sore muscles after tossing and turning, which was the driver for the purchase.

The mattress is good although maybe a little too firm. I sleep very well on it. My only concern is it gives off a slight odor. I thought it would dissipate with time, but it has not. It's quite pricey compared to other mattresses.

Every time Im climbing into bed I say " I love my bed I love my bed i looove my" until I lay my head on my pillow!!! I can not complain about this mattress. I've tried several different ones before buying my tempurpedic and was not satisfied at all...I have no regrets what sooooooo ever...Its like sleeping on a cloud. The fear is real when you are looking for a good mattress!! Over the last 10 years I have spent a fortune on mattresses. They would be ok for about a year and then my back would start hurting. My son has tried to persuade me to buy a Tempur-Pedic bed for the last 8 years. After spending thousands of dollars on other mattresses I finally decided to listen to my son and just ...DO IT! I cannot tell you how PLEASED I am to have my Tempur-Pedic-Pedic mattress and adjustable bed. My husband and I are senior citizens. My husband has an artificial knee, 2 back surgeries and suffers from Scoliosis. I have severe back problems, hip and live daily in pain. This bed has changed my life. My husband and I sleep all night. No turning and tossing looking for a comfortable sleeping spot. I find myself daily fighting to stay OUT of the bed. It's the most comfortable place in the house. I will NEVER buy any other mattress brand again. By the way it's 1:57 pm and I am laying in my bed as I'm typing. Tempur-Pedic-Pedic FOR LIFE!!!

Went through multiple mattresses before finally investing in this one. Purchasing was very easy, white glove delivery was better than I anticipated. Loved not having to figure out if I set it up correctly. No trouble falling asleep anymore, husband is waking up with no back pain. Worth every penny. Should have purchased sooner!

The mattress is very comfortable and supportive of any sleeping position. But it gets pretty warm during the summer time (SoCal hot) that makes you toss and turn a lot to find a cooler side.

I decided to make the investment into getting better sleep. The results are far beyond what I could have hoped for. So comfortable, no pressure spots on back or sides. The breeze cooling is amazing. I sleep hot, my girlfriend is always cold and it's a happy equalizer for us for all night cuddling. It has turned a skeptic into a believer. Wish I made the move sooner!

My son has always had a very hard time getting to, and staying asleep. He is a big boy (linebacker big) at 18; 260 lbs and 5'11". Mattresses did not last long in his room! I decided to try the Tempur Breeze line and we hit pay dirt! It is truly a miracle and WELL worth the money we spent. There are not many more important things for your heath and well being than a good and full nights sleep. With this mattress ... mission accomplished.

we opted for the climate cool/breeze mattress with adjustable head and foot. in our seventies, this rising the head adapts to help our night breathing (is there a better way to say 'snoring'?) and rising the foot of bed relieves ankle swelling. really gives us a good night's sleep. we are both 'hot' sleepers so this mattress helps with that also. we very rarely awake with aches and pains that come with the territory of aging. consider that we spend 1/3 of our day in bed, it has to be relaxing. (ps our dogs love it too)

We purchased this mattress to replace our 12 year old Tempur-Pedic Celebrity that was damaged in a move. I had tried the mattress out in a store and felt the firmness of it was great as were getting older. We have had the mattress for 10 months now and can't say that we are happy with it. Although the bed has the Breeze feature, it is only cool for a short period and seems much warmer than our previous mattress. It also is very hard and we're not getting a comfortable nights sleep. We are thinking of replacing already, unfortunately.

While labeled under the Breeze line, both my spouse and I still found the mattress to sleep hot. It is also listed as firm but we both feel it is more medium then firm. Time will tell if this mattress will hold up or sag over time since we have only had this mattress for a month or so.
Overall, while comfortable, we don't see the benefit of paying so much more for the breeze line when it still sleeps quite hot.

My husband and I finally have a mattress we both love. With our previous hybrid mattress my husband would always complain about waking up with a sore back, not with the Tempur-pedic. He was initally afraid it was too stiff but admits since we've had this mattress he has been getting the best sleep of his life.

Bought a Firm Contour Breeze. Firm feels like a medium. Only time will tell if it will only get softer and saggy since since I haven't had the mattress that long. However I'm disappointed to find that the breeze line is not all that cooling and still sleeps hot.
