Owned several Tempurpedic mattresses over the last 20 years and loved them. So when it came time to purchase a new one it was obviously going to be another Tempurpedic, but this time with adjustable frame. Very disappointed with the comfort because it seemed more firm than the show room model. We were told by the sales person to "give it a couple months". Well, we have given it nearly two year and still not comfortable. When getting into bed the frame seems very wobbly. My wife has back and hip issues and so far has not been a good purchase for either of us. Very disappointing after the first mattresses.

Unfortunately, and regretfully, we are not at all happy with the mattresses. I have LONG desired this bed as friends of mine have them and have admired and adored them for years. However, our recent purchase has been very, very disappointing. The mattress is literally hard as a brick. You can actually "knock" on the mattress like a door. The mattresses we received are NOTHING like the mattress we tried in the store. I will point out that we are in contact with our seller and are making arrangements to exchange the mattresses for another product.

I love the feel of my bed, but I am so extremely frustrated that no set of sheet that I buy fits this bed. They are only 11 inches tall and the sheets are all made for 15 inches and get bunchy. I'm honestly considering leaving Tempur-pedic and finding something different that I won't be irritated each and every night with a poor sheet fit.

I go to sleep, sink into this mattress and wake up with less pain. I love the base which allows me to raise the head to read before yawning and falling asleep. I'm kind of disappointed that the vibration is only at the neck and head though. Would love to be able to move it to lumbar. I'm so happy we invested in a decent mattress and would definitely recommend it.

Our mattress is only a month old and still to firm. The second set of sheets we ordered had a defect. Remote doesn't light up when you pick it up like our older model.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and distressing. If it were possible to give less than one star, I would.
We have been loyal Tempur-Pedic customers since 2008. For many years, the quality and durability justified the premium price. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.
Approximately six years ago, we upgraded from a king mattress (which worked well for over 11 years for my 250-lb spouse) to two Twin Long mattresses so that each of us could choose different firmness levels. My spouse selected the firmest option available. Within just two years, both mattresses began to noticeably deteriorate. However, we were informed that nothing could be addressed under warranty until visible damage appeared.
As a result, we endured nearly four years of worsening deterioration, during which my spouse developed serious health issues, including numbness in his legs and feet to the point his feet go blue, and worsening back pain. The mattress has deteriorated to the point that he can no longer sleep in the same bed with me and has been forced to move to a different sleeping arrangement entirely.
Once visible damage finally became undeniable, we initiated a warranty claim in early November. It is now January, and we are still trapped in an exhausting back-and-forth with no resolution. We have submitted extensive documentation, including multiple photos and videos. We even purchased additional lighting to ensure there were no shadows in the images, as requested. Despite complying with every requirement, the process feels never-ending.
The warranty representative we have been dealing with has repeatedly delayed the process and is now suggesting that the damage is due to "pressure" we allegedly caused-despite normal use and despite my spouse's weight being well within what the mattress should support, based on our long and successful history with this brand.
The sagging in my spouse's mattress is blatant and severe. My own mattress has also failed, causing me to literally slide off the bed, yet because the damage does not meet their strict visual threshold, it is being dismissed-despite the clear breakdown of the memory foam.
The quality of these mattresses is not what it used to be, and the customer service has been deeply disappointing. These beds are so flimsy now that even sitting on the edge feels risky, as if it could worsen the damage.
I am a small person (5'1"), and there is no reasonable explanation for my mattress failing as well. We spent a significant amount of money on these products and were treated as though our concerns-and even our health-do not matter.
Tempur-Pedic should be aware that this is 2026, and there are now many competing brands offering comparable products without this level of cost or customer neglect. After 18 years of loyalty, they have lost our business.
I do not recommend this product or this company. Do not waste your money.

This is one of the better mattresses that I have ever owned, the mattress totally supports your entire body and you feel like you're floating on a cloud. You never have an uncomfortable position with this mattress I can't say enough about it.

We have not been able to sleep well the past weeks since the weather got colder and dealing with body aches and pains so we decided to look for a new mattress, we never got ourselves really good mattresses before but we decided it was time to buy one which will last us our lifetime. We attest that this combo mattress and base had allowed us to sleep so well since that very night it was delivered to us. Call Mattress Firm and go to their store to test their matresses today!!

I really wanted to like it, but I can't. Cursed with a degenerating disk, I've had lower back pain my entire life. I must have firm mattresses on which to sleep. This mattress was Tempur's firm version. The first night I slept on it was a dream. I can't remember when I've slept that fully. The next night was good too but by the third night, the mattress was getting broken in and it started getting squishy. I woke up the next morning with an aching back. My back pain has gotten increasingly worse with each passing night. I can't wait until the 30 day limit is up and I can return it. I looked online to see if others who have back pain had similar experiences. I found that some people with back problems had the same result as I. My sister has a tempur mattress that she loves. She wouldn't trade it for anything. She would give it 5 stars. I love the quality of the product and I wish I could give it more stars. But I do not recommend it for people who suffer with back pain.

Very nice product. We've had three Tempur-pedic's a new one every 10 years. This one might be one of the softest ones we've had but still firm once you get in place just kinda wish we would've went with the king or a split king, but it is a great mattress.

The so called warranty they offer is a complete scam. They will look for any minor cosmetic detail or make you waste time taking measurement photos with quarters and yardstick. Save you're money because this product is no better than any other mattress on the market. Just way more overpriced!

The product is ok. I think your company lied about the cooling effect. It doesn't seem to work up to the time I am doing this review when I am asleep. I went to the store manager and he said it takes 6 mon. or more for this to happen because the mattress/ sleep system in new. I don't understand why this feature is promoted by your company if this doesn't work immediately after installation. I like some of the features, but as of now I don't experience any cooling from the product at night. Would I recommend this product to others I know? PROBABLY NOT.

We initially used our own mattress pad and the cooling feature wasn't as prevalent. Switched to the Tempurpedic mattress protector and noticed an immediate difference. The mattress doesn't feel as soft as in the showroom but I'm sure that is to be expected since it is new. We've had great luck (and sleep!) with Tempurpedic mattresses. This is our 3rd set.

We love our Tempurpedic-Luxe Breeze. The back support is great especially for two larger sizef adults such as my husband and myself! The flexibility of the adjustable base with the zero gravity feature is AWESOME, not to mention, the ability to adjust when someone starts to snore! Glad we chose this mattress and adjustable base.

This is the second Tempur-pedic bed we have owned. Having the adjustable base and twin XL set up. We are able to adjust them to our own preference. The breeze hybrid is the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned.

I find the mattress comfortable especially combined with the adjustable base. We chose this mattress to help stay cool at night but even with pairing it with cooling mattress cover, sheets and blanket - we do not find the mattress to be all that cooling. Maybe minimal to the touch but it quickly warms up. The cooling factor as well as comfort was one of the main reasons for choosing this mattress. Next time I might save some money and go more basic.

The bed is good so far… I hate that it take 3-4 months to break the mattress in. The one in the store was definitely more comfortable than ours! You should sell them already broken in!

I had a 20 yr. old Temper-Pedic Celebrity mattress & that needed replacement. So I have purchase a TEMPUR-Cloud Luxe Breeze queen size "firm" mattress in Nov. 2024. It was too hard for my handicapped wife. Wanted to "purchase" the layers to make it a medium or plush. Temper won't sell the layers or change them. These mattresses are truly non-serviceable now. I say this because I had some of the top layer of the Celebrity mattress changed. They told me to buy a topper. They could not tell me if the topper would be "10 degrees" cooler than the Luxe-Breeze. That's why I bought that mattress. Also some of the problem was the Mattress Firm establishment. They failed to tell me about base non returnable & I didn't read everything closely. So some of that's on me. I later purchase a king size medium . it is a great product & has helped my wife sleep at the 30 degree she has to sleep at for the rest of her life. Make sure you know what you want. firm is not firm its hard. I will never spend the amount of money on another Temper-Pedic product. Buyer beware

I bought a Tempur Pedic years ago that lasted us 16 years, I have chronic back pain from corrective scoliosis surgery and I'm always desperate to find relief from the pain. I loved the mattress we had but I guess it couldn't last forever. It helped with my back pain and made life a little more tolerable. So we replaced it with a Tempur Pedic mattress of course but it was not the same mattress or product. It did alright for the first year and a half and then developed sagging in the mattress that increased my back pain. I reached out to them because of the "10 year warranty" and they made it a ridiculous process of sending picture after picture as if the people that buy their products are now their employees. Then they just reject any warranty claim. A mattress that I saved for and spent thousands of dollars on sits in my basement now. Thanks for absolutely nothing Tempur Pedic. You have turned into one of those companies that puts out garbage products now and grabs the money of hard working families.

Extremely disappointed with the warranty support.
I purchased a mattress and adjustable frame from this company 8 years ago (2017) with the assurance that any sagging or indentation issues would be covered under the warranty. After a period of use, the mattress developed visible sagging over a quarter inch, which is now causing me serious back pain and discomfort sleeping. When I submitted a warranty claim, the company dismissed it by referencing stains-which is completely irrelevant, as my mattress has always been covered with a protective cover and has no stain-related issues.
It's frustrating to be misled at the time of purchase and then denied support when a legitimate problem arises. If you're buying based on the warranty, be cautious-what they promise in-store does not reflect how they handle claims later. Infact, I have tried submitting claim a few years back and unsuccessful due to upload of pictures requirements. They make it difficult to file a claim.
Poor customer service and a complete lack of accountability.

We purchased this matress through sit'n sleep and after two years the luxbrz soft remains really firm. We had sit n sleep take a look at it and they could not help us, besides giving us pointers to flip it every few months. They said to give it time. We have gone back to other stores and tested out the same matress and ours is definitely not soft. I hope temperpedic can switch it out through its warrenty since we paid about 8 grand for it.
