- Gold Standard Shipment (large products):
- Free on every mattress set.
- Your new mattress set will be placed inside your home (up to 2 flights of stairs) unpacked and set up in your bedroom. This includes up to 1/2 hour of minor assembly, any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent. All packaging materials will be removed and discarded.
- If you wish to have your old mattress set removed from your home, please call us toll free at 1-866-775-3371 or email us and we can add this service to you for only $80. Mattress removal is not part of the delivery service to you.
- Delivery schedule: Approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Mattress sets already in stock ship out 48 hours after your order is received. If not in our warehouse, all products are ordered and received from our manufacturers in less than 3 days. Delivery time is approximately 2 weeks after leaving our facility. You will receive a call from the local agent to make delivery arrangements with you about 1 week before your order is shipped to your home.
- All Fashion Bed products are delivered Free with the purchase of any mattress set (Please allow an additional 2 weeks for the Fashion Bed models to be shipped). Call or email us if you would like just the headboard and footboard assemblies delivered.
- Gold Standard Shipment (small products):
- Free on all mattress protectors, frames, and pillows.
- Your bedding order will be sent to you by UPS ground.
- Delivery schedule: Approximately 1 to 2 weeks. All small products in our warehouse ship out in 48 hours. All products that have to be ordered are received from our manufacturers in less than 3 business days. Delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 days after leaving our warehouse. You will be notified by phone or email upon departure.
